The qualifications are assessed using criterion-referenced methods, which evaluate the attainment of all the required learning outcomes. In order to obtain a ‘pass’ grade for a unit, learners must present evidence that shows they have successfully achieved all the learning objectives and have met the requirements outlined by the assessment criteria. The Assessor is responsible for determining whether the learners have met the assessment criteria. The Assessor is required to present a clear and documented record of the process used to determine the learners’ overall achievement.
Successful completion of the IAHE Level 4 Diploma qualification provides learners the opportunity for a wide range of academic progressions including progression to relevant IAHE Level 5 Diplomas.
